| | PT. SATU TIGA ENAM DELAPAN one of the best seafood producer and exporter in indonesia was founded in August 07 1998. The Company located in the main road of banyuwangi - situbondo mainstream. Jl. Yos Sudarso No.72 Banyuwangi Indonesia. With experience more than 11 years we are already grown to become a reputable processor an exporter of frozen shrimp product with many client in the world wide consist of USA Europe Australia Middle East and Asian Countries. According to deliver a reliable and provide a high quality of products which is free of microbiological chemical and physical hazard the company have standard quality of product which is continually monitored starting from harvest receiving processing freezing and packing up to the supervision of the loading. Our plant is also equipped with Cold storage approx. 600tons with processing capacity about 15 000 KGs raw material/day. 1 unit IQF machine 1 unit air blast freezer 1 unit cooking machine and 4 unit contact freezer. With an experienced management team and a good quality control management we are able to manage the supply chain to continue to supply high quality products to our customers. As the result of all we are obtained the certificate of implementation of HACCP - Base Integrated Management Program IQMP issued by the Ministry of Agriculture Republic of Indonesia EU Approval No. : 294.13.B and US FDA Registration No. : 12654533208 For supporting hygiene of our products our plant is completed by own laboratory that regularly checks : microbiology : TPC E.Coli Coliform Salmonella Vibrio Cholerae Vibrio Parahaemolitycus Stapphylococcus Aureus antibiotics :chloramphenicol nitrofuran tetracycline oxytetracycline chlortetracycline. The company also supporting by Hatchery and shrimps ponds approx 400 hectares 600 ponds With harvesting capacity about 3 000 tons/year. We are also importing mother shrimps by ourselves from Hawaii. For our own hatchery which producing about 50 up to 80 millions baby shrimps/month. Variety of PT.
